pxlblr.org is run by PXLBLR, a sub-brand of Mark Daniel Figueroa Professional Corporation, a business in Ontario, Canada. This page says what we know about you, why, and who handles it. We keep as little as we can. We do not sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
When you buy a Build Guide
We keep a record of the order: the email address you gave at checkout, which guide you bought, the amount, the date, Stripe's reference numbers for the payment, whether your download email was sent, and how many times the files were downloaded.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and what it needs to process the payment and prevent fraud (for example your name, country and billing postcode). We never see or store your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
We use your email address to send your download link, to answer you if you write to us, and for nothing else. We do not send marketing email.
When you write to us
The contact form sends us your name, email address and message by email, so we can answer. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep robots out.
When you visit
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages, keep the site secure and limit abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. A build video on a product page is loaded from YouTube only if you press play.
When you open your download link we set one small cookie. It only remembers that this browser may download your order, lasts as long as the link (7 days), and is used for nothing else.
Who handles your data for us
- Stripe: payments
- Cloudflare: hosting, the order database, the download files and the contact form
- Resend (United States): sending your download link
These companies may process data in Canada, the United States and other countries. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require (at least six years), then deleted. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@pxlblr.org from the address you bought with. We will delete what we are not required by law to keep. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with its own privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. In Canada you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
The shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
