Refunds

A Build Guide pack is a digital download. It cannot be sent back, so the rules are a little different from a physical product. Here they are, plainly.

If something doesn't work

If a file will not open, is the wrong file, or does not work as the product page says, write to us within 14 days of buying. We will fix it, or refund you in full. If we can't fix it quickly, you choose: wait for the fix or take a refund.

If you bought by mistake

Bought the same guide twice, or bought the wrong one, and have not downloaded it? Write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.

Otherwise

Once the files have been downloaded, the sale is final. We cannot refund a download because you changed your mind.

If you live in the EU or the UK: you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that right ends when the download starts. By downloading the files you ask us to deliver right away and accept that the right to cancel ends then.

How to ask

Use the contact form or write to support@pxlblr.org from the address you bought with, and tell us what went wrong. We answer within a few days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. When an order is refunded, its download link is switched off.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer where you live.
